If a bank holiday falls on a weekend, a 'substitute' weekday becomes a bank holiday, normally the first following available weekday.
When the surgery is closed out-of-hours emergency services are provided by NHS 24 by telephoning 111.
All calls taken by NHS 24 will give advice, offer a consultation at Aboyne Hospital or provide a home visit if appropriate.
In a genuine emergency you should always call 999.
If you require a repeat prescription, routine appointment or your call does not require immediate attention please contact the surgery during normal working hours.
